FIELDS OF APPLICATION

PANTARHIT^® RMC 375 is a superplasticizer for producing high quality ready-mix concrete with significantly reduced water demands and high workability retention properties.

The superplasticizer is based on the latest PCE technology and therefore especially suitable for producing self compacting concrete (SCC), semi-SCC and concrete which needs to satisfy compressive strength requirements of C60 or higher indication classes.

PANTARHIT^® RMC 375 has excellent plasticizing effects which are able to enhance concrete’s consistency by several consistency classes e.g. from S1 up to S6.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

PANTARHIT^® RMC 375 improves the cement dispersion within the concrete significantly. This property allows the formation of a homogenous and lowviscosity cement paste which provides flow able concrete with high reduced water contents.

The special built of PANTARHIT^® RMC 375 extends the processing time purposefully and meets the special requirements challenging the ready-mix concrete industry.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

The generally dosage range is 0.2 – 2.0 mass-% of the cement content.
