FIELDS OF APPLICATION

PANTARHIT^® RMC 414 is a high-range superplasticizer for producing high quality ready-mix concrete with significantly reduced water demands and high workability retention properties.

The superplasticizer is based on the latest PCE technology and therefore especially suitable for producing self compacting concrete (SCC), smart dynamic concrete (SDC) and concrete which needs to satisfy compressive strength requirements of C70 or higher indication classes.

PANTARHIT^® RMC 414 is an excellent product for high flow able concrete and high strength concrete.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

PANTARHIT^® RMC 414 improves the cement dispersion within the concrete significantly. This property allows the formation of a homogenous and lowviscosity cement paste which provides flow able concrete with high reduced water contents.

The special built of PANTARHIT^® RMC 414 extends the processing time purposefully and meets the special requirements challenging the ready-mix concrete industry.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

The generally dosage range is 0.2 – 2.0 mass-% of the cement content.
