FIELDS OF APPLICATION

PANTARHIT^® RMC 454 is a high-range superplasticizer for producing high quality ready-mix concrete with significantly reduced water demands and high workability retention properties.

PANTARHIT^® RMC 454 is a 2 in 1 product. It combines a stabilizing and a superplasticizing part.

The superplasticizer is based on the latest PCE technology and therefore especially suitable for producing self compacting concrete (SCC), semi-SCC and concrete which needs to satisfy compressive strength requirements of C60 or higher indication classes.

PANTARHIT^® RMC 454 is an excellent product for high flow able concrete and high strength concrete.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

PANTARHIT^® RMC 454 improves the cement dispersion within the concrete significantly. This property allows the formation of a homogenous and lowviscosity cement paste which provides flow able concrete with high reduced water contents.

The special built of PANTARHIT^® RMC 454 extends the processing time purposefully and meets the special requirements challenging the ready-mix concrete industry.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

The generally dosage range is 0.2 – 3.0 mass-% of the cement content.
