Concrete Surface Deactivator for the production of exposed concrete surfaces
Item No. 390X/DFIELDS OF APPLICATION
The HA-BE CSD-Line contains different reactive surface deactivators for the production of exposed aggregate concrete surfaces, for all exposure depths, from micro-exposure to coarse aggregate exposure, and especially for:- Precast concrete elements
- Cast stone/artificial stone
- Pavers, bricks, blocks, columns, etc.
- Cast-in-place concrete for decorative paving and walls
- Construction joints
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The product has the following advantages:- Suitable for negative and positive application
- Suitable for horizontal, vertical and structured moulds
- Available in 4 different exposure depth types
- Good coverage and easy workability
- Suitable for all kinds of moulds/formliners
- Easy and fast mould cleaning
- Improved slip resistance at the surface.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY
The dosage depends on the field of application, prevailing weather conditions, the application procedure, and the absorbency of the mould surface/the configuration of the spraying device and manual application rate. By positive application: 1kg for approx. 7-15 sqm.
