FIELDS OF APPLICATION

ANTIPOR^® 450 is a plasticizer for the manufactured concrete product industry and specially engineered for semi-dry vibrated or pressed concrete products like pavers and masonry blocks.

The plasticizer attains an even and dense concrete structure with closed surfaces and might enhance concrete's aesthetical appearance.

ANTIPOR^® 450 increases the strength development of concrete which may result in shorter curing times and an enhanced productivity.

ANTIPOR^® 450 gives also the advantage to improve the side finishing of the paving stone, by using the lubrication effect.

ANTIPOR^® 450 is a very suitable admixture for the face mix of a paving stone. It reduces the sticking of the concrete to the mould and gives a better homogenies mix.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

ANTIPOR^® 450 improves the cement dispersion within concrete which results in an enhanced workability and an improved compaction of concrete.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

The general dosage range is 0.2 – 1.0 mass-% of the cement content.
