FIELDS OF APPLICATION

ANTIPOR^® 218 is a plasticizer for grey and coloured semi-dry concrete and especially developed for the manufactured concrete product industry.

ANTIPOR^® 218 allows the production of mix designs with lower water/cement ratios and is especially suitable for the manufacture of paving stones and masonry blocks.

ANTIPOR^® 218 advances concrete's appearance whilst achieving a dense and even texture with closed surfaces.

ANTIPOR^® 218 increases concrete's early strength development significantly and reduces sticking to the stamp. As a result cycle and curing times may be reduced. Concrete producer may attain an economical benefit due to higher efficiency.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

ANTIPOR^® 218 improves the cement dispersion within concrete which leads to a better workability and a facilitated compaction of concrete.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

The general dosage range is 0.2 – 2.0 mass-% of the cement content.
