FIELDS OF APPLICATION

PANTAQUICK^® RSM 900 is a high performing admixture for activating the setting in mortars or slurries used in injections.
The main application field of PANTAQUICK^® RSM 900 is for the injection of annular grouting behind the segmental concrete lining of TBM-constructions.

PANTAQUICK^® RSM 900 activates the cement setting by re-starting the hydration process.

The accelerating admixture provides the following benefits:

PANTAQUICK^® RSM 900 provides the ability to control the hydration process over several days. This ability allows flexible handling with construction halts and time schedule changes.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

PANTAQUICK^® RSM 900 is the second component of Ha-Be’s two component hydration control system. In order to create a high performing grouting, it is recommended to use the accelerating admixture in combination with one of the PANTARHIT^® RSM superplasticizers.

The two component system allows the production of durable, powerful and stable grouting perfectly geared to the needs of TBM constructions.

Recommended dosage range 5-10 Vol-% of the grout.
