FIELDS OF APPLICATION

PANTARHIT^® NQ is a sulphonated superplasticizer for producing precast and ready-mix concrete. The product is especially suitable to be applied in mass concrete pours.

PANTARHIT^® NQ enhances concrete's workability, advances its slump retention and improves its trowellability, even under hot weather conditions. These effects facilitate the pouring and placing of concrete significantly.

PANTARHIT^® NQ reduces concrete's bleeding and segregation tendencies which provide good pumping abilities.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

PANTARHIT^® NQ reduces the surface tension of water and ensures a strong plasticizing effect thereby. This leads on to a significant improvement in concrete's workability, pumping, levelling and compaction.

PANTARHIT^® NQ does not entrain any air voids into the concrete but even reduces them. The setting of concrete is not impaired.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

The general dosage range is 0.2 – 2.0 mass-% of the cement content.
