FIELDS OF APPLICATION

PANTARHEO^® CS300 is a viscosity modifying admixture, especially designed for optimising the rheology in cement suspensions with high w/c-ratios.

The special polymer selection supports the production of low-viscosity cement suspensions and is suitable for all applications where optimised stability and excellent early strength development are important.

PANTARHEO^® CS300 is generally suitable for the following applications:

• Soil improvement
• Injections
• Gap filling

The rheology optimising admixture is able to provide the following benefits:

WORKING PRINCIPLE

PANTARHEO^® CS300 is developed to generate a chemical reaction with the cement matrix. A special gel is formed thereby, binding the cement and provides an excellent stability to the suspension.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

The general dosage range is 1.0 – 3.0 mass-% of the cement content.
