PCE based high performance plasticizer for manufactured concrete products

ANTIPOR® 255 is a multi-purpose high performance plasticizer developed for semi-dry concrete mixes in paving stone productions.The PCE based admixture is applicable for base and face mixes.
ANTIPOR® 255 boosts the aesthetical appearance of paving stones: It improves the colour brilliance and the side finish due to its lubrication.
Enhancing the early and final strength development by exploiting the hydration potential of the cement the application of ANTIPOR® 255 may lead to shorter curing times and better productivity.
ANTIPOR® 255 allows reducing the mixing water and advances the tolerance to variations of the water content which secures a more homogenous and steadier production process.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
ANTIPOR® 255 improves the cement dispersion in concrete significantly.This property allows the formation of a homogenous and low-viscosity cement paste which ensures an exceptional workability and facilitates the compaction of concrete.
