FIELDS OF APPLICATION

VORMIOL BIO10 is an ecological-friendly form release emulsion for wooden, steel and plastic boards and moulds used in the manufactured concrete industry, but is also suitable for all other absorbent formwork.

The product composition was designed to provide a sensitive separating effect conserving the boards and moulds. This can result in an enhanced durability and increased shelf life.

Furthermore, applying the biogradable form release agent provides the following benefits:

WORKING PRINCIPLE

VORMIOL BIO10 generates an excellent separating effect. The reduced adhesion between concrete and formwork minimises both damages on the produced concrete and on the formworks and makes a contribution to an extended usage period thereby.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

Depending on the surface structure and its absorbing abilities the necessary amount might vary between 60 – 150 g/m² and has to be determined for each single application.
