FIELDS OF APPLICATION

CURING-TOP10 is a liquid curing agent for curing freshly poured cement-based surfaces, especially industrial concrete floors.

The application of CURING-TOP10 is an economical alternative to separate curing for finishing concrete flatwork.

CURING-TOP10 forms a membrane which holds sufficient moisture and protects the concrete against evaporation. CURING-TOP10 reduces the incidences of drying shrinkage cracks, seals and dustproof concrete surfaces, improves the abrasion resistance and therefore enhances the durability of concrete floors.

The application of CURING-TOP10 is especially effective under rapid drying conditions such as high temperatures, direct sunlight radiation and low humidity.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

CURING-TOP10 is a solvent-free acryl- copolymer dispersion that formulates a membrane on the concrete surface, which is nearly completely impervious to water vapour. Concrete's surface pores are sealed and the evaporation of water is minimised.

The formed membrane facilitates the finishing process and is incorporated easily into the surface.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

Recommended application quantity: 100 - 200 g/m² depending on the surface structure.
